If you are planning to buy a ring from me, I am happy to post you a free ring sizer so you can measure at home and order with confidence. It is accurate, simple to use, and usually arrives within 2 to 7 days. To request one, email me at store@pkd.com.au with your name and postal address, and the ring you have your eye on.

Every ring is made by hand to order, so I will always email you to confirm your size before I begin. If your ring does not fit, you are welcome to return it in its original condition within 14 days. You can read the full return policy here.

Shipping Policy

We carefully hand-pack each order from my Sydney studio.

Australia

• Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $70

• $10.50 flat rate for orders under $70

• Free Express Post on orders over $120

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days via Australia Post Express wherever possible.

• however if goods are not in stock or made to order, delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us by email.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

International

• NewZealand Flat rate AUD $28
  Canada and the European Union. AUD$35
  If you’re elsewhere, please email me, I’m always happy to help.

Returns Policy

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within that time so that we can resolve any problems. 

• This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

• All products must be returned in their original condition.

• All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

• You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you to take out insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

• Refunds will not be processed until after the goods have been received.
