Are these handmade?

Yes, I design and make every pair myself in my Sydney studio in small batches. These are one of my own favourites.

Is the silver solid or plated?

Solid 925 sterling silver, never plated. Made to wear often and last for years.

How do they fasten?

On a sterling silver post that clicks securely into place at the back. A lovely secure closure that holds all day, with no separate backs to lose.

Are they comfortable to wear?

Very. At 24mm they have a real presence while staying light, finished in a soft satin, the kind of everyday hoop you keep reaching for and forget you have on.

Are they alright for sensitive ears?

Solid sterling silver with no plating, which a lot of people with sensitive ears find easy to wear.

Will they tarnish, and how do I care for them?

Sterling silver can pick up a light patina over time and comes back with a soft cloth and a gentle polish. Store them in the pouch they arrive in and keep them away from perfume and hairspray.

How long will they take to arrive?

Because these are over $120, they ship free with Express Post, usually 1 to 2 business days once dispatched. I dispatch within 2 working days from my Sydney studio and send tracking as soon as it is on its way.

Will they arrive ready to gift?

Beautifully packaged and ready to give, with gift wrap and a handwritten card available at checkout.

Cleaning

A soft polishing cloth is all you need for most tarnish on polished surfaces. On the satin finish, gently buff in one direction with a green Scotch-Brite scourer, the kind you can pick up from most supermarkets, until the tarnish lifts and the satin finish is restored.

Storage

Store your bangle somewhere dry and away from direct sunlight, ideally in a soft pouch or lined box rather than loose in a drawer. Keeping it away from other jewellery helps prevent scratching.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days via Australia Post Express wherever possible.

• however if goods are not in stock or made to order, delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us by email.

Returns Policy

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within that time so that we can resolve any problems. 

• This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

• All products must be returned in their original condition.

• All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

• You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you to take out insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

• Refunds will not be processed until after the goods have been received.
