Are these handmade?

Yes, each pair handmade by me in my Sydney studio in small batches, stamped with my maker's mark and Silver 925.

Is the silver solid or plated?

Solid 925 sterling silver, never plated. The kind of everyday earring you reach for without thinking, made to last for years.

Are they heavy on the ear?

No. A softly rounded ball in solid sterling silver with a smooth satin finish, light and easy from morning through to evening. The large has a little more presence on the face while still sitting light.

How do they fasten?

On a sterling silver hook that slips through easily and sits securely.

Are they alright for sensitive ears?

Solid sterling silver with no plating, which a lot of people with sensitive ears find easy to wear.

Will they tarnish, and how do I care for them?

Sterling silver can pick up a light patina over time and comes back with a soft cloth and a gentle polish. Store them in the pouch they arrive in and keep them away from perfume and hairspray.

How long will they take to arrive?

Australian orders over $70 ship free with standard post, usually 3 to 5 business days, so these arrive free. I dispatch within 2 working days from my Sydney studio and send tracking as soon as it is on its way. Express is available too, and free once your order is over $120.

Will they arrive ready to gift?

They arrive in a jewellery pouch, ready to give, with gift wrap and a handwritten card available at checkout.

Pieces in stock are sent within 2 working days, by Australia Post Express wherever possible.

Rings are made to order, so please allow 10 days for me to make and send yours. A few other pieces are made to order too. If you'd like to check timing before you order, email me and I'll let you know.

Returns Policy

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within that time so that we can resolve any problems. 

• This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

• All products must be returned in their original condition.

• All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

• You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you to take out insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

• Refunds will not be processed until after the goods have been received.
