What if I order the wrong size?
Don’t worry, you can return the ring for any reason, as long as it’s in original condition, and within 14 days of receiving it. See our Return Policy.
- Shipping within Australia is free for orders over AUD50
- Shipping within Australia costs AUD8.50 for orders under AUD50
- Shipping outside of Australia costs AUD20
- Within a few minutes of ordering you will receive an email confirmation from Pip Keane Design containing your order details.
- We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post express post within 2 working days, however if goods are not in stock or made to order, delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us by email.
- You will receive an email notification when your package has shipped that includes tracking information.
- Pip Keane Design currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, Canada, and the European Union. If you would like to purchase our jewellery but are from another country please contact us by email.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within that time so that we can resolve any problems.
- This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
- You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise you to take out insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
- Refunds will not be processed until after the goods have been received.
